The easiest way to find Adrosu Balmayn is to follow the road east of Tel Mothrivra until you reach the coast. Adrosu is in this area, on the road leading north from the junction.

On a road southeast of Baldrahn, on the eastern coast, I found a Dunmer with his tongue cut out. Even in his mutilated state, it looked like he wanted to communicate.

I attempted to imitate the tongueless Dunmer's unique speech pattern, but it only made him angry.

I asked the tongueless Dunmer what he needed, and the gestures he made in reply made it look like he wanted to write something down. Perhaps if I bring him some paper, ink, and a quill, he can tell me more.

Teris Andrethi, who was loitering not far away, has told me that the tongueless mer, Adrosu Balmayn, had lost his tongue to Dralothas Omothran, the lord of Tel Mothrivra. He claims to have a regrowth potion for Adrosu, but demands 500 gold for it.
