Rels Uvalor is a Dark Elf Warrior found outside of The Grey Lodge on the border between Roth Roryn and the Armun Ashlands. His caravan was attacked by a single vampire under the cover of an ash storm. His Hlaalu employer and his mercenary companion were killed in the attack, but Rels was spared.
He is unsure why, and seeking resolution to this burning question, is willing to ask other vampires to investigate for him. You can choose to tell him the truth, to warn him away, or else lure Rels into a trap set by the vampire that first attacked his group, Shinammu. If you do the latter, Rels will be reborn as a vampire working obediently under Shinammu's mastery.
