Sodeen is a Redguard mage who operates a stall in the small town of Vhul, apparently catering to travelers on the road running south from Old Ebonheart and Dondril. He is observant of the town around him, and will provide valuable information on the local Syvvit Tong during the events of Burden of Proof. He also sells spells, and can provide spellmaking services.
Within Sodeen's house, notes and a diary can be found, which apparently belong to a Narvs Sodryth and hint at Sodeen's interest in Mysticism.
