Tel Oren is an isolated Telvanni tower, at the eastern coast of the Inner Sea, the study of Mistress Faruna.
It lies upon the Dagon Urul coastline just southwest of Ebunammidan. It is the home of the reclusive Mistress Faruna and her caretaker, Tirele Edri. Faruna's main object of study are rare plant species, as is noticeable in her tower room, where there are a lot of pots with plants. Except for this and some corridors the tower only consists of one large room, at the entrance. This serves as the living quarters of the two inhabitants.
Tirele Edri offers some services. He sells spells and is a spellmaker. Other than those services the only reason to visit the tower is to deliver rare specimens of plants to Faruna.

- You can find a levitation potion hidden within the crystals at the end of the right corridor beneath the levitation shaft. It should help to reach Mistress Faruna, who can be found in the room above the shaft. Likewise, a potion is located next to Faruna for a safe trip down.
- It is found in roughly the same spot as Tel Aedrin from Morrowind Moonlight.
