While Ravos Sorvalith is mentioned in the initial rumor, he will refuse to provide any help even at maximum disposition, preferring to keep Gorne's problems among Gorne's people.
Other villagers (the bartender and shopkeeper) will have additional things to say at high disposition, but it is not necessary to talk to them.
