1. Talk to Master Mithras again to receive your next task.
2. Ask around town to see if anybody is interested in becoming a miner.
3. Return to Mithras when you have found somebody.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

A day after the end of the previous quest you will receive a journal update reminding you to talk to Master Mithras again. His new idea is to find new workers from among the residents of Ranyon-ruhn. He suggests you ask around and find out if anyone currently out of work and looking for a new job.

Talk to one of the people in town and, as long as their disposition is 60 or higher, they will tell you that Manari Gildaren has been out of work for ages, and that she might be interested in the job. Manari can be found wandering around the courtyard of town. She tells you that the work might be a bit tough for her, unless her disposition is 70+, in which case she agrees to do the job.

Return to Mithras who will reward you with the Amulet of Salvil's Relief, an amulet that lets you carry more items at the cost of some speed.

30		I learned that Manari Gildaren is currently out of work, and could be a candidate for joining the mine's workforce.
40		Manari Gildaren agreed to get a job at the mine.
50	Finishes quest	Mithras thanked me for securing a new worker.
