Utukku-Seri is a Dark Elf Rogue of the Baluath Clan who initially followed Kashshaptu, a powerful vampire. However, along with his former leader, he will join the resurgent clan in the ruins of Ald Balaal once it has been cleared. There he can provide members of the clan with access to thieving tools such as picks and probes. He is also able to provide some directions to Ngelfltingth during the quest The Solitary Savant.
