PrerequisitesEdit

• You must have completed the vanilla quest, Vodunius Nuccius, before Vodunius Nuccius himself will appear in Teyn.

Quick WalkthroughEdit

1. Talk to Vodunius Nuccius in Cirifae's Tradehouse, Teyn about Vodunius Nuccius.
2. Either:
   • Give him 90 gold.
   • Trade 90 gold for Vodunius' Common Shirt.
   • Convince Irvileg to hire Vodunius (req. 75+ disposition).
   • Convince Alomon Juspethe to return Vodunius' money (req. 90+ disposition).
   • With 40+ disposition, enter a wager against Alomon for Vodunius' money and either:
     1. Win, and return the money to Vodunius.
     2. Lose, and complete Alomon's favor by:
        • Offering sujamma to Urzoga gra-Buk and the guards of the Customs and Contraband Warehouse.
        • Return to Alomon for 1x Raw Gold.
        • Return to Vodunius Nuccius.
3. Speak to Vodunius Nuccius on Almas Thirr's western bridge after one day has passed.
4. Either:
   • Give him 60 gold.
   • Defeat Lanette in the city's Underworks and take her money and her blade Steelsquall.
   • (Optional) Retrieve Vodunius' Common Shoes from outside Lanette's hideout.
     1. Return to the western bridge.
     2. Speak to Irnami Silsi in the Indoril Garrison, Almas Thirr about Vodunius Nuccius and Lanette.
     3. Show Steelsquall to Irnami Silsi for 200 gold.
     4. Talk to Vodunius Nuccius outside the Indoril Garrison and give him 60 gold.

NotesEdit

• This quest has two subquests—Alomon's Wager and Outlaw Lanette—which are covered here.
• The wager with Alomon is modified slightly by your character's luck, with lucky characters having a better chance of victory.
• Vodunius Nuccius will take one week longer to arrive in Almas Thirr if you secured him work in Teyn.
• It is possible for Vodunius Nuccius to lose an item of clothing each time he encounters you - his ring, his shirt, and his shoes.

55	Finishes quest	I gave Vodunius Nuccius 90 drakes, which should allow him to continue his journey to Narsis. He said it was enough to make it to Almas Thirr.
60	Finishes quest	I traded Vodunius Nuccius 90 drakes for his shirt, which allows him to continue his journey to Narsis. He said it was enough to make it to Almas Thirr.
65		Vodunius Nuccius was robbed in Almas Thirr. He asked me to retrieve his money and his shoes from Lanette and her gang of ruffians that assailed him in the northern section of the Underworks.
66	Finishes quest	I told Vodunius I did not want to get involved in his latest misfortune.
70		I told Vodunius I would look for Lanette and retrieve his gold and shoes.
75		I killed Lanette, the leader of a gang of smugglers in the Underworks.
80		When I returned to the Almas Thirr market bridge, Vodunius Nuccius was nowhere to be seen.
85		Vodunius was arrested by the Indoril guards at the east side of Almas Thirr.
90		Commander Silsi told me Vodunius Nuccius was arrested for associating with Lanette, who is a criminal wanted by the Indoril.
91	Finishes quest	I declined to get involved in hunting down Lanette to free Vodunius.
92		Commander Silsi will consider letting Vodunius go if I can find and kill Lanette. She wants me to retrieve her weapon, Steelsquall, as proof of her demise.
93		I told Commander Silsi that Lanette was dead, but she would not believe me without me bringing her Lanette's blade Steelsquall.
95		I proved to Commander Silsi that I killed Lanette. She ordered for Vodunius Nuccius to be released.
99	Finishes quest	I gave Vodunius Nuccius 60 drakes to continue his journey to Narsis. He said it would be enough to make it to Ald Iuval, but he would need to find work there to continue his journey.
100	Finishes quest	Rather than go into the Almas Thirr Underworks, I gave Vodunius 60 drakes to continue his journey to Narsis. He said it would be enough to make it to Ald Iuval, but he would need to find work there to continue his journey.
110	Finishes quest	I saved Vodunius Nuccius from some swamp trolls in Han-Palit, just outside Ald Iuval. He said he would continue his journey to Narsis. He also mentioned hearing about a casino, and how he felt his luck was turning around.
120	Finishes quest	I met Vodunius Nuccius at the Fortuna casino in Narsis. He had hit a huge stroke of luck gambling, and gave me 5000 drakes as a reward for all the help on his journey. He mentioned he might go shopping with the rest of his winnings when he was done gambling.
130		I met Vodunius Nuccius in the Narsis market quarter. He lost the rest of his gambling earnings.
140	Finishes quest	Vodunius Nuccius asked me to give him some money so he could leave for Cyrodiil. I refused to give him anything.
145	Finishes quest	I gave Vodunius Nuccius some money so that he can return to Cyrodiil. He mentioned hearing great things about Mir Corrup.
150	Finishes quest	I gave Vodunius Nuccius some money so that he can return to Cyrodiil. He mentioned hearing great things about Mir Corrup. I also tried returning his ring to him, and its curse miraculously dissapeared. He said he wasn't comfortable taking it back, as it was originally stolen from Eldafire in Seyda Neen.
160	Finishes quest	I tried returning the ring to Eldafire, but she also refused to take it back.

10		I convinced the publican at Cirifae's Tradehouse to let Vodunius earn his money back working in the kitchen.
Alomon's Wager (TR_m4_T_Nuccius_Wager)
10		Alomon Juspethe offered to play dice for Vodunius' money. If I lose, I'll owe him a favor.
15		Alomon assured me the favor would not entail anything dangerous or illegal.
20		I played Alomon Juspethe at dice but lost. I now owe him a favor.
22		Alomon told me to go to Teyn's Customs and Contraband Warehouse and offer a flask of Sujamma to Urzoga gra-Buk and each of the guards stationed there.
30		I offered Sujamma to everyone in the Contraband Warehouse.
32	Finishes quest	Alomon Juspethe has no more use for me now that Urzoga gra-Buk is dead.
35	Finishes quest	Alomon Juspethe rewarded me with a raw nugget of gold.
40	Finishes quest	Alomon Juspethe gave me Vodunius' money back.
Outlaw Lanette (TR_m3_AT_Nuccius_Lanette)
10		I killed Lanette, who apparently was the leader of a gang of smugglers, in the Underworks beneath Almas Thirr. I should probably let a guard know that she's been taken care of.
15		I was told to bring the information of Lanette's demise to the commander of the guard, Silsi. Commander Silsi can be found inside the Indoril Garrison across the bridge on the east side of Almas Thirr.
18		I told Commander Silsi that Lanette was dead, but she would not take my word for it unless I bring her Lanette's blade Steelsquall.
20	Finishes quest	After I proved to her that I had killed Lanette, Commander Silsi rewarded me some gold and thanked me for my service.
