Vulanil is a High Elf sorcerer and cultist of Mehrunes Dagon found in the Daedric Shrine of Yamandalkal. He is hostile, and will likely be slain during any run through the dungeon.

- Vulanil was formerly a member of Great House Telvanni and can be found at the Telvanni Library. Decidedly more peaceable in those days, he was moved to become a hostile cultist in Yamandalkal when the library was deprecated during the Embers of Empire release.
