Washes-Their-Scales is an Argonian priest in Old Ebonheart. His duties involve preparing the dead for burial, which he accomplishes in the mortuary in the Ebon Tower.
He is one of the suspects during the events of Ghoulish Business, as you track down disappearing bodies in the mortuary, and can be arrested depending on your choices at the end of the quest. Washes-Their-Scales protests his innocence in the affair however, claiming that the dead speak to him, and are his friends.
He wears a common robe.
Like all Argonians, he is immune to poison, has a resistance to disease, and can breathe underwater. In addition, he also knows the following spells: Absorb Health, Absorb Health (Ranged), Almalexia's Grace, Almsivi Intervention, Balyna's Perfect Balm, Detect Key, Divine Intervention, Mother's Kiss, Strong Heal Companion, Telekinesis, Tevral's Hawkshaw, Veloth's Benison, and Veloth's Gift.
