"Fairness Is An Illusion We Do Not Provide Here..." - NLM
Hi there... I am Eglyntine. Here is a little bit of background history on me. I am a full-time stay at home Mom with an amazing husband
and two wonderful children. Before I decided to become a full-time Mom and Wife, I worked in the computer industry for 20+ years for
companies like IBM, Intel, Microsoft and a bunch more in between. I have worked in pretty much every field out there, including
technical/customer support, training, sales & marketing, game publishing & development, ISPs, database administration, quality control,
application design, etc. I also had my own Web & Graphics Design company for many years as well. I have been very fortunate and
blessed to be able to work in such a diversified environment which ensured I definitely was never bored. *LOL*
I have been playing computer rpg type games for right around 25 years. (Yes they did have them waaaay back then.) :) While I did not care for the prequels to Skyrim, I enjoy this game immensely. I probably have a good 1000+ hours put into the game and I am still having fun with it. The only other game I have had this much fun with and time invested into it, is Dragon Age. (Another one of my all time favourite games). I initially played Skyrim on the Xbox 360 but due to an accidental dropping of my laptop onto the floor by my youngest I was forced to get a new laptop. The silver lining to that was I was able to get a good enough replacement to be able to play Skyrim on the PC. I had no I idea what I was missing until I started playing Skyrim on the PC vs the Xbox. Do not get me wrong, the Xbox 360 version is great and I put the bulk of my time playing this game into the Xbox. BUT, having access to the Creation Kit, Mods, etc. it has changed my whole out look towards this game. It sent my enjoyment bar WAY above and beyond that is for sure. :D I do not even know if I will ever buy the DLC's for the Xbox going forward. Unless of course something horrible happens to my new laptop.
I have another passion that starts creeping in slowly as I start playing games like this and that is helping update Wiki's with game information. Anything that I can do to help others have a great gaming experience as well always makes me happy.
So that is a little bit about me... Thanks for stopping by!
