WelcomeEdit

Hello Rogerhnn! Welcome to the wiki. I hope you enjoy using the site and find the information on it useful. If you decide you want to help improve any of our pages, we're always welcoming to new editors so feel free. You might want to look at our Getting Started page for some tips on how to begin, then play in our Sandbox for a while to practice. If you need any help or advice, please ask one of our mentors. Enjoy! --Wolok gro-Barok 09:18, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

MentorEdit

Thanks for showing interest! Well, the basic part of the user boxes can be here. If you want to say you are an American for instance as seen here, you will want to put {{User American}} onto your userpage, which you can start by clicking here. That is the basic intro. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask here on your talk page. I will add it to my watchlist. –Elliot(T-C) 03:49, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

You are fast! Thanks for immediate response! I found the page Box Templates, now I will try to create my page! Thank you for your help! — Unsigned comment by Rogerhnn (talkcontribs) at 03:58 on 4 July 2009 (UTC)
I recommend that you also read through this, as it contains a large amount of information regarding editing, and signing talk pages.
You should always sign your message using --~~~~. When you save the page, the site will automatically convert the four tildes (the ~~~~ part) into your username and the current time (the preview will also show what your converted signature will look like).
Good luck! –Elliot(T-C) 03:58, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
I wanna create my userbox, how i upload an image? Rogerhnn 04:13, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
First, you don't have to make a new section each time you reply. Just indent your comment with one more colo (:) then the previous person did before you. You can upload images by clicking Upload File on the sidebar to the left, in the toolbox section. –Elliot(T-C) 04:24, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
Thanks again! I am learning a lot today!Rogerhnn 04:27, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
I made a mistake, I've uploaded the image but it does not appear, then pulled back, and unintentionally clicked revert, now have 3 files of the same. What now?Rogerhnn 05:07, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

\=> Maybe the name issue ;) {{Userbox|#EEEEFF|#EEEEFF|[[File:Flag_Belgium.png]]|This User is Brazilian.}} Make sure the file name is the same as the one you want. Also, "\=>" is a symbol one can use when they want to outdent, so conversations don't get squished. You can also just use (outdent) at the beginning. –Elliot(T-C) 05:12, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

Fixed! — Unsigned comment by Rogerhnn (talkcontribs) at 05:35 on 4 July 2009 (UTC)
You only want to use it when the last message was indented pretty far ;) –Elliot(T-C) 05:35, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
Ok! Understod!Rogerhnn 05:36, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
Can I clean my talk page? like erase things?Rogerhnn 05:57, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
Technically, you can. However, I advise against it. It is easier to document things if something extreme happens. But you can never truly delete it, as the history is recorded and can easily be reverted to. –Elliot(T-C) 06:09, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
