Cherilp Goldhorn is an Imperial merchant and manager of the Imperial City Gold Horse Courier Office, as well as the Gold Horse Courier Service itself.
Cherilp gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast for an hour before going downstairs to work. He remains there until 9pm, when he goes upstairs, eats dinner for an hour, and goes to bed.
He wears a red velvet outfit and blue suede shoes; he carries a large amount of gold and the key to his private quarters.
Cherilp lives upstairs from the office in a large apartment that serves double duty as a gathering room and storage area. He has a bed and two cupboards off in one corner; the middle of the room is taken up by a huge conference table (really three trestle tables pushed together) surrounded by several chairs; an armoire, small desk, bookcase, and several barrels take up space along the walls, and a ladder leads up to a makeshift loft where a handful of crates are stored.
If you talk to him, he'll ask if you need something. Other than quest-related dialogue, however, he has nothing to say.
