Elendar

Elendar is a High Elf necromancer who lives in Leyawiin. He tends to the local cemetery.

Elendar prefers to be active at night. He rises at noon every day, and spends a couple hours working around the house. At 2pm, assuming it's not raining, he goes outside to sit and read a book for the afternoon. He goes back in at 5pm and spends the rest of the night indoors, eating dinner at 10pm. He goes to bed at 6am.

He wears an Aegis Robe, grey hood a Base Amulet of Reflection, and thick cowhide shoes, and is armed with a Dagger of the Dynamo. He carries a four pieces of brioche, a blackberry, copies of Collection of Songs Throughout Tamriel and Corpse Preparation, a blank sheet of paper, and keys to his house, the Invel family tomb, and the Orius family tomb.

The gravekeeper's house is located in the city cemetery. The front door opens into a workroom with a table and set of shelves, where Elendar prepares bodies for burial. A second door leads to his living area, a large L-shaped room. The greater portion is split into a dining area to the right (a counter against the wall and a cupboard for food, along with two chairs); a fireplace marks the center line, and the left half is a sleeping area with a bed, dresser, and clothes cupboard. An alcove in the corner has a work table and shelves where Elendar makes potions and unguents to help with embalming the dead.

Elendar was in love with Olivia Valerius when she was alive, and most likely caused her death by poisoning, though it's unclear if this was intentional or not. If you decide to blame him for her death, her father Manius Valerius will immediately charge over to his house and kill him. If, instead, you declare him innocent, you have the option of binding her spirit to him, whereupon he'll leave for Summerset Isle and never be seen again.
