Fergus Vittel is an Imperial farmer who lives in Skingrad with his father Aeneas and wife Florence.
He gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast. On Morndas, Middas, and Fredas, he spends the day hauling barrels until 3pm, then goes to work in the field; every other day, he spends the whole day in the field. He eats dinner at 8pm, then goes straight to bed.
Fergus wears an archer's hat, forester's shirt, short britches, and thick cowhide shoes, and is armed with an iron bow and 16 iron arrows. He carries a hoe, some butter and five bread rolls, a moderate amount of gold, and a house key.
The Vittel house is a split-level home located north of the city. The lower level is a single room, which is used as a dining area/kitchen; it has a dining table and chairs in the middle, and a food preparation area along one wall, with a fireplace opposite. The upper level has an alcove with shelves for dishes, Aeneas' room (which has a simple bed and set of shelves) and Florence and Fergus' room. A set of stairs in their room leads to the attic, which is empty except for a few barrels.
