Flophouse is a low-rent apartment building located on the southern island of Bravil, near the Docks Gate.
The Flophouse started life as a normal one-story building, but was later crudely subdivided into apartments. There are four in all - three tiny ones (barely large enough for a single bed and the space to stand beside it) and one large one belonging to Lanz gro-Ghra the Landlord. The common area contains a fireplace with a pair of chairs, a bench in front of Lanz' room, and a small table, but is otherwise bare.
