The Forgotten Shrine is a cave in Blackwood, south of Onyx Caverns. It is home to a shrine to the Hist, run by a shaman of a small Argonian tribe that lives in Sleepy Creek Village. You'll be sent here to find Itan, the shaman, during the quest Reshaping the Skooma Den.
The cave is small, consisting of a simple passage leading down to an open, partially-flooded space where the shrine is located. An alcove off the main passage holds a single pallet where Itan sleeps.
