Guildmaster Silverneck is a Khajiit archer and the leader of the Rangers Guild in Cyrodiil. She currently resides in Leyawiin.
Silverneck gets up at 6am every morning and spends a few hours exercising and taking care of her gear. At noon, she sits down at her desk to attend to guild business for the day until 6pm, when she goes downstairs to eat dinner for three hours. After dinner, she wanders the hall and spends time chatting with her rangers until midnight, when she returns to her quarters to go to bed.
She wears a ranger's hood and robe and leather boots; she's armed with a silver dagger and carries a loaf of bread.
Silverneck has her own quarters on the third floor, two large rooms where she lives and conducts her business. The front room is her office, which has a desk, bookcase, and a pair of stools for visitors to sit; her bedroom is larger and has a dining table, double bed, dresser, and a washing area.
If you talk to her, she'll say: "Do you get tired of the city streets? Join the Rangers Guild and you'll soon be out enjoying the country." Aside from quest-related dialogue, she has nothing else to say.
