J'Gaar is a Khajiit commoner who lives in Leyawiin with his mate Aisha.
He wakes up at 6am every morning, eats breakfast, and spends the morning wandering around the Quarter, assuming it isn't raining (in which case he remains home). He returns home at 1pm in any case and remains there all day, going out to eat at 11pm - either outside, if the weather is nice, or at the Lazy Cat Tavern if it's not. He returns home at 2am and goes to bed.
J'Gaar wears a blue collar shirt, rugged pants, and buckled shoes; he has a hunk of beef, a wedge of cheese, a bottle of Honey Ale, a moderate amount of gold, and a house key.
J'Gaar's house is located in the Khajiit Quarter in the north part of the city, right beside the guard tower. It consists of a single large room that is neatly kept. The door opens into the living/dining area. A dining table and four chairs sits against the far wall, near a fireplace in the corner; a shelf beside it holds dishes, and a cupboard around the corner has food and a counter for meal preparation. A cloth screen marks off the sleeping area, which has a double bed, dresser, and clothes cupboard.
