J'Zarh is a Khajiit commoner who lives in Leyawiin with his siblings Dar'Rash, Rossava, and Zahmir.
J'Zarh is a wastrel. He wakes up at 10am every morning and hangs around the house all day, eating a meal at noon. If the weather is nice, he goes outside to sit on a bench near the fire and drink from 10pm to 3am; he returns inside, spends another hour lazing about, and finally goes to bed at 4am.
He wears a shirt with suspenders, copper amulet, light brown linen pants, and huntsman moccasins; he carries two bread rolls, some raw bread, a bottle of Badger First Gold, a large amount of gold, and a house key.
Rossava's house is located in the Khajiit Quarter, in the north part of the city, just past the western entrance. It's a single large room divided into smaller spaces with cloth panels. The main part of the house is the common area, which has a fireplace, trestle table and two benches, and a counter for meal prep, along with shelves for dishware. A space next to the fireplace holds a spinning wheel and worktable with wool. The rest of the house is split into two sleeping areas. Zahmir and J'Zarh share one half - each of them has a bed and chest - and Rossava and Dar'Rash the other; she has a double bed and end table with a jewelry chest, while he has a nightstand and chest.
