J'Zvari is a Khajiit publican who runs the bar in the Dilapidated Shack, in Leyawiin.
He remains behind the bar all day, every day, serving food and drink to the skooma addicts who come to the shack.
He wears a dark green shirt, laced leather pants, and stitched leathers shoes, along with a Necklace of Mercantile.
He has nothing special to say, unless you come to the shack undercover as part of the quest Skooma Trade; if you talk to him, he'll greet you: "You're new? Where did you get the goods? At the port, right? What do you want?" If you play the part of an addict, he'll help you out: "Yes? You do not look unwell. Although you smell like you've been on a three day drinking binge. Okay, take what there is and lie behind the fence. This one will look out."
