The Kynareth Apartments is an apartment building in the Imperial City Market District. It is located on the upper level, on the western wall just north of the gate to the Elven Gardens District.
The building is divided into two apartments, each accessible from a common hall. The one to the left belongs to Lairah Mirel. The lower floor is a living space; it has several bookshelves with books, cloth, and clutter, a couple benches, two low dressers, and a food cupboard in the back corner. The upper floor is her bedroom; it holds a small writing desk, two tables (one for eating and one for reading), a chest of clutter, a clothes cupboard, and a single bed.
The one on the right belongs to a married couple, Graggo and Folsaes Sendal. The lower floor is a sitting/dining area. A small table for eating sits against the wall to the right of the door, while a pair of benches and low table take up the corner to the left. The alcove below the stairs holds a cupboard and barrels for food storage. A writing desk sits at the base of the stairs. The upper floor is divided into two rooms. The front room is their living area; it has a pair of bookshelves with books and various clutter items, a sitting area with two benches, a low table, and an alcohol cupboard nearby, and a low dresser. The other room is their bedroom: it holds two clothes cupboards, a dresser, a double bed, and a another dresser on the far wall.
