Likes-to-Read is an Argonian rogue who lives in the Imperial City Waterfront District. He gains his name from the fact that he always has his snout in a book.
Likes-to-Read rises at 6am every morning and eats breakfast for two hours, then spends an hour rounding up borrowed books before going to the Imperial City People's Library to read all day. He goes to Juno's Guesthouse at 6pm to eat dinner, after which he returns home and spends the rest of the evening relaxing there. He goes to bed at midnight.
He wears a patched vest, light brown linen pants, and thick cowhide shoes; he carries a copy of Beggar Prince, a small amount of gold, and a key to his house.
Likes-to-Read's house is small and divided into a bedroom and living area. The former has a pallet, wash stand, and dresser; the latter has a small table for eating, a set of shelves with several books, a cupboard, and several smaller containers with random items.
If you encounter Likes-to-Read in the library, he won't be much interested in talking: "Shhh! This is a library! You must be quiet!" If you ask about the library, he'll tell you: "Yes! This library was built by the Empire for its citizens."
