Lokrin Santi is a Breton herald who lives in the Imperial City Elven Gardens District with his sister Etain.
He gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast for two hours; on weekdays, he goes to work at the Offices of the Magistrate, works till 7pm, and returns home to eat dinner. On the weekends, he leaves work early (1pm) and goes to Juno's Guesthouse to spend the afternoon eating and drinking. Regardless of the day, he returns home at 9pm to sit and read for a few hours before going to bed at midnight.
Lokrin wears a yellow silk shirt, black silk pants, and quilted shoes; he carries keys to the house and office, a copy of Thief of Virtue, and a moderate amount of gold.
