Manfred Kastring is a Nord noble who lives in the Dibella Apartments, in the Imperial City Temple District.
Manfred awakens at 10am every morning and eats breakfast at Irbran's for two hours, then heads over to the Market District to walk the streets. At 6pm, he returns home to eat dinner for two hours, then he goes to the Arboretum to walk around until midnight. He goes home again and spends a couple hours puttering around until 2am, when he goes to bed.
Manfred normally wears a levelled set of light armor; when he's relaxing, he wears upper-class clothing and a random piece of jewelry, which he changes often. He's armed with a longsword, dagger, bow, and 10 arrows and carries a wolf pelt and a key to his apartment.
His apartment is located on the upper floor of the building. It's the largest one, and has a bed, several wine racks, a mead barrel, a rack for his bows, and animal pelts on the floor.
Manfred is friendly and will greet you happily: "Hello! What can I do for you today?" If you ask how he stays busy, he says: "Hunting, mostly! Yeah, I'm pretty good with a bow, and a sword as well! And I never say no to a good sturdy warhammer! I thought I'd try out for that Rangers Guild they've got going in most of the cities, but they turned me down! They said something about being too brutal with my killings! I don't know what they're talking about! Just because I snapped the creature's neck with my bare hands doesn't mean I'm brutal, it means I'm thorough!"
