Murber an Imperial warrior who serves as prison guard for the Prison Stockade outside Cheydinhal.
He gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast for an hour, then goes out to keep watch over his prisoners all day. At 7pm, he goes back to his house to eat dinner for an hour, then he relaxes and reads a book for two hours before going to bed at 10pm.
Murber can usually be seen wearing a full set of chainmail armour, but he also has a set of lower-class clothing that he changes every so often. He is armed with an iron mace and carries a copy of Eastern Provinces of Tamriel.
His house is located right next to the stockade. It consists of one large room, with a space sectioned off for the bedroom. The main room has a fireplace, dining table, counter, rack of shelves, and various containers for storage; the bedroom is just large enough for a bed and chest of drawers.
If you talk to him, he'll say: "Don't go fiddling with any of the locks around here! I've worked too hard to get those Orc gang members behind bars, and I don't want some snotty-nosed little brat letting them get away!" If you inquire further, he says: "That's right! The city is crawling with those damn thugs, and I caught three of them, single handedly! One of them tried to convince me he wasn't a part of the group, just because he was a Khajiit. But I know better! It was just a ploy to make me think he isn't a part of them! If he wasn't, why was he in the area when those thugs robbed that store, hmmm?"
