Nelion is a Wood Elf commoner who lives in Leyawiin with his brother Galmir.
Nelion wakes up at 6am every morning and goes for a walk around the docks. At 8am, he goes to the Port Warehouse to open for business. He closes up at 4pm, goes for another walk around the docks, and heads home to eat dinner at 6pm for two hours. He spends the evening in and goes to bed at midnight.
He wears a russet felt outfit, silver necklace, gold ring, and buckled shoes, and carries a copy of The Firmament, a small amount of gold, and keys to the house and warehouse.
Nelion's house is located in the harbor north of the city, behind the warehouse. It's a sizable dwelling. The entryway is used for storage - crates and barrels are stacked off to one side. A doorway leads to the main room, which is their living/sleeping space. Nelion's sleeping area (a double bed, chest of drawers, and writing desk) sit to the right; a bookcase sits against the wall opposite the door, and next to that is a fireplace with a low table and two chairs placed before it. A pair of clothes cupboards sit against the far left wall, and the far corner is Galmir's sleeping area - he has a bed and chest of drawers; a shelf above his bed holds a few books.
