Old Man Finn is an Imperial commoner who spends all his time in Vark's Tavern, a dive bar in the Bravil Riverside settlement outside of Bravil. He has a shack down the road that he's trying to sell so that he can raise the money to pay his bar tab.
His daily routine is simple: sit on a stool in a dark corner of the tavern and drink beer.
Finn wears a collared shirt, breeches, and sack cloth sandals. He has no possessions.
Finn is a nice enough sort, but he seems a little down when you talk to him. If you ask why, he'll bemoan his situation: "Vark is freezing my tab until I can pay him. I don't have much to sell, except perhaps... I have this old house down the road. Bit of a slum, but maybe... Maybe you'd like to buy it? I'll give it to you for only 200 Gold, what do you say?" If you accept, he'll thank you and give you the key; if you refuse, he'll merely be disappointed. If you talk to him after buying the shack, he will still sound sad, but he actually won't be: "Sad? Never again. Why would I need a shack, I spend all my time here anyway. Vark never closes shop, bless his heart!"
