Philo is an Imperial monk who serves in the Chapel of Stendarr in Chorrol.
Philo gets up at 6am every morning and attends morning services. He eats breakfast at 10am, then goes outside to rake the graveyard for the afternoon (on Tirdas and Turdas, he works in the kitchen instead). At 6pm, he sits down to eat dinner, then spends the rest of the evening in his room until he goes to bed at midnight.
Philo wears a monk's robe and sack cloth sandals; he carries a rake, an apple, and some apple pie.
