Rask'uhl is a Khajiit archer and Assistant Ranger in the Rangers Guild who runs The Reluctant Ranger, a shop on the upper level of the Imperial City Market District.
Rask'uhl doesn't get out much; he gets up at 8am, goes downstairs to open the shop, and closes up at 8pm. He returns upstairs to eat dinner, then goes to bed.
Rask'uhl wears a set of leather armor and grey hood; he's armed with an iron dagger, iron bow, and 25 steel arrows and carries a key to his shop.
Rask'uhl lives above his shop in a small apartment. It has a bed, armoire, large dining table (with a single chair), and a bench; most notable are the wolf pelts on the walls and the huge bearskin on the floor.
The first time you enter his shop (and if you're a Rangers Guild member), Rask'uhl will greet you effusively: "Ah, a fellow Ranger! You have come to the right place friend! I have everything a good hunter could ever want, all in the one room!" He currently has no greeting for non-members, and nothing else to say.
