Rosteir is a Nord commoner who resides in the Refugee House. She is capable with a staff, and so is a candidate for Rangers Guild recruitment.
Rosteir sleeps most of the day (from 5am to 8pm) and spends the rest of her time wandering around the house.
She wears a collared shirt, coarse linen skirt, and stitched leather shoes, and carries a small amount of gold.
Rosteir has a pallet in the Refugee House, which is basically a homeless shelter.
