Sandy is an Imperial publican who ekes out a living catching crabs and selling their meat. He can't afford a stall in the Waterfront Tunnel, so he wanders around selling the stuff on his own.
Sandy gets up at 4am every morning and spends a few hours just wandering the warehouse; at 8am, he leaves to sell his wares. On weekdays, he lingers around the top of the stairs at the southern end of the Undermarket Tunnel until 8pm; on weekends, he goes to the Market District until 2pm. At the end of his "day", he returns to the warehouse and spends the rest of the day there. He eats dinner from 8pm to 10pm.
He wears lower class clothing (shirt, shoes, pants), which he changes sometimes, and is armed with a steel cutlass; he carries some stale grain.
Sandy can't afford a place to live, so he beds down in the Imperial Trading Company Warehouse with a few others like him.
Sandy sells crab meat that he catches himself down in the waterfront: "Hey there, how'd you like some nice fresh crab? Caught me some real biggin's this mornin'..."
