Sigvald Ducho is an Imperial herald who lives in the Imperial City Elven Gardens District with his wife Gortenzya and sister Inga.
He gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast at the Imperial Guesthouse for two hours, then goes to work at the Joint Staff. On Tirdas and Turdas, he knocks off at 3pm to go drinking at Pub 102 until 9pm; every other day, he works till 6pm and eats dinner. After dinner, regardless of the day, he sits down to relax for a few hours before heading to bed at midnight.
He wears a red velvet outfit and doeskin shoes, and carries keys to the house and office, a copy of Tamrielic Lore, and a moderate amount of gold.
The house is located along the eastern wall of the Elven Gardens District. The ground floor is largely empty but for a small sitting area with some benches around a low table. The upper floor is a shared bedroom with a double bed for Sigvald and Gortenzya, and a single bed in the corner for Inga.
