Tarag gro-Zorlak is an Orc necromancer and smuggler who has a hideout in the basement of The Emporium of Waterfront Traders.
He never leaves his lair. He sleeps from 11pm to 9am and spends the rest of his time sitting at his desk, attending to business matters.
Tarag wears a necromancer hood, black robe, and gold-trimmed shoes, and is armed with Oblivion's Embrace; he carries a large amount of gold and keys to the Emporium basement door and the lockbox on his desk.
Being a smuggler, Tarag doesn't want strange people snooping around: "And just what the hell do you think you're doing down here then? Come on, answer me!" If you say you're just looking around, he snarls: "Just looking around, my arse! You better not be one of the town guards, or else I'll have Jurno down here in a second to run you through! And if he isn't around, I'll just kill you myself! Well, come on! If we're going to do business, get to it already!"
