The Bit and Bridle is a shop on the upper level of the Imperial City Market District that sells clothing and gear for horse riders. It is located right above the Office of Imperial Commerce.
The shop is small, dimly lit, and smells of good leather. Two sets of shelves along one wall display all manner of riding clothing, while posts embedded in the other wall hold saddles. Riding gloves and bars of leather soap are displayed on the counter at the back, where Caelus, the proprietor, waits to help customers. He has 600 gold and a Mercantile skill of 30; he buys armor, clothing, and miscellaneous items, and sells riding clothing and miscellaneous items like soap and horse blankets.
A door behind the counter leads to a small storage room, and a set of stairs leads up to an apartment Caelus shares with his wife, Cialla.
