The Trans-Niben Company is a building located outside of Leyawiin, along the road to the west. It serves as the local office for a shipping company; this branch is run by Ri'Shar.
The building has two floor and a basement. The ground floor is a common area; Felix Lamarche holds a post behind a writing desk to the right of the door, ready to greet customers when they enter. A low bookcase sits behind him against the wall; a door nearby leads to the basement. The rest of the room has a table and chairs where guests can sit and chat over drinks, a fireplace and bench, and a shelf with foodstuffs. Another set of stairs in the rear leads to the upper floor. A landing holds two tall bookcases and another desk and chair; after Trust Questioned is completed, Jacques Lumier will work here.
The rest of the upper floor is private quarters; currently only Florian Veturius stays here, though there are three beds - each with its own chest - along with a pair of armoires. An inner office has an executive desk, couch, and bookshelves lining two walls.
The basement is a large room divided into three spaces use for storage containing numerous chests, barrels, and crates, all of which have clutter items.
