Tyertilar Vendalas is a High Elf noble who lives who lives in the Imperial City Temple District with his sister Fistirne.
Tyertilar wakes up at 6am every morning, eats breakfast, and spends his day wandering around the district. When Fistirne gets off work at 6pm, they go home to eat dinner, then they go out to The Old Dirk to have a few beers. They return home at 10pm and go to bed.
He wears a random upper-class shirt, pants, and shoes, along with a random piece of jewelry, and is armed with a leveled longsword. He carries a large amount of gold, a bottle of expensive brandy, and keys to the house and chest.
The Vendalas residence is located on the upper level, in the southeast corner of the plaza. It is a palatial place that occupies two floors. The lower floor is one large room. The half to the right of the door is a dining area with a table and six chairs, a wine rack nearby, and barrels for food. To the left of the door is a sitting area with two benches and a low table. A desk and bookcase sit against the wall opposite them. Two sets of stairs lead to the second floor, which has two small bedrooms and a larger living room. The larger bedroom is Tyertilar's; it has a double bed, two armoires, and two low dressers. The one near the door has an assortment of silver vases and a bowl it, which holds a flawless sapphire and a topaz. The smaller room is Fistirne's; it has a single bed, armoire, bookcase with books and clutter, and a low dresser. The living room has several clutter cupboards set around the perimeter, and two sitting areas with tables and chairs.
