The Waterfront Herbalist is a small shop that sells a selection of alchemical ingredients, poisons, and apparatuses. It is located at the northern end of the Waterfront.
The proprietor, Althalea, has 500 gold and a Mercantile skill of 30; she buys potions, ingredients, and miscellaneous items, and sells potions and ingredients.
The shop occupies a large tent; the interior is divided roughly in half by a long counter, leaving little room for customers to stand. Racks behind the counter display ingredients for sale, and several pots and tubs hold living plants.
Althalea lives in a small room off the rear of her shop; it's barely large enough for a pallet, chest of drawers, and table.
