Windel is an Imperial commoner who lives in the Imperial City Waterfront Tunnel.
Windel wakes up at 6am every morning, eats breakfast, and goes to work at Aedric Bread. At 4pm, he comes home to clean up, then goes to Dan's Drinkery to have a few beers. He returns home at 10pm and goes to bed.
He wears a flax tunic, blacksmith's pants, and random lower-class shoes, and is armed with an iron dagger. He carries a large amount of gold and keys to the bakery and their quarters.
The Bakers' Quarters is located on the upper level, just north of the Public Bathing House. It consists of three rooms - a common area and two private rooms. The common area has cupboards and barrels along the walls that store clutter and food; a table and bench that seats three sits along the east wall. Windel's quarters are located across from the entrance; he has more cupboards (for clothes) and barrels (for clutter), along with a chest for his valuables and a single bed and a table and stool. Hilary and Rosemary's room is to the left of the entrance. A table with two jewelry boxes and a chest beneath it sits near the door, and four clothes cupboards line the walls. Their bed sits at the rear of the room.
