Hjalti's Refuge is a small cave containing dead Talos worshipers, located southeast of Frostcrag Spire. It contains one zone: Hjalti's Refuge.

ExteriorEdit
Outside the cave you will find three Clouded Funnel plants, three Motherwort Sprig plants, two Cairn Bolete plants and two Milk Thistle Branch plants.
Hjalti's RefugeEdit
You will immediately understand that something is not quite right upon entering the cave: the bloodied corpse of an Imperial lies just in front of the entrance. Make your way to the single room that makes up this cave, which once served as a secret place of worship for Talos. Rows of pews, most now covered in snow drifts, are arrayed in front of a shrine of Talos and a statue of Tiber Septim, with offerings including a silver amethyst ring, a topaz, a potion of plentiful healing and some gold. Around the room you will also find some religious books on a table (including, ominously, The Talos Mistake) as well as the corpses of two more worshipers.
Once you exit the cave, you will be ambushed by Agent Vilenoldil and a Thalmor soldier, who are clearly using the now-abandoned shrine as a bait for Talos worshipers.
