I need to bring up Frontinus' case with the Queen, so he may have justice for his brother.

2. Get a warrant from Wanum.
3. Return to Frontinus.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

To begin this quest speak to Frontinus:

"My name is Frontinus. Hear my plea, Warrior, I beg of you."

What is it?

"They say you are the town champion, and that the Queen listens to you. Is it true?"

That is mostly true.

"Divines be praised! I need justice for my murdered brother Caelinus, but the Queen won't see me. According to that big Argonian, the list of people presenting grievances is already too long. He told me it would have to wait until next month, but I can't wait that long! Not when my brother's murderer continues to breathe the same air I do!"

You know who did it?

"It's his partner, Pavo Cominius, I'm sure of it!"

I'll talk to the Queen.

"You will? Thank you great champion! May the Divines shine their light on you forever!"

You will then need to go and speak to the Bloodfall Queen who can be found in Town:

"Was there something you wanted to ask me, Warrior?"

It's about that young farmer...

"You'll have to be more specific, I've seen quite a few today."

The one called Frontinus.

"Ah, yes. The one whose brother was murdered by his business partner. I don't have the time or resources to investigate this... but perhaps you could?"

Me?

"Why not? I will give you a royal warrant, so that you can act in my name. Interrogate the villagers, and if you find a suspect, bring him to me for judgement. Will you do it?"

I'll do it.

"Excellent. Ask Wanum for the warrant. Good luck, Warrior."

After speaking to her, speak to Wanum to get the warrant:

"Do you need anything?"

I need a royal warrant.

"A warrant? For you!?"

Queen's orders.

"Hmm. The river is more troubled than I had imagined. Very well, I suppose the Queen knows what she's doing... Here you go."
