Barthel begins building the house upon completion of the related quest. The house features two clutter chests, four clutter barrels, four clutter crates, five clutter sacks, a set of drawers containing clutter, a food cupboard, and three grain sacks. The dining table is set with a piece of beef, two bunches of grapes, a bread loaf, a cheese wedge, and a cheese wheel.
