Namira's Shrine is a Daedric shrine east of Bruma.
It is northwest of Red Ruby Cave, northeast of where the Orange Road meets the Silver Road.
Blanche Mastien, Degil, and Hjolfrodi the Harrier can be found worshipping here. Hjolfrodi the Harrier begins the related quest, Namira, once you reach level 5; to proceed, your Personality must be 20 or less when speaking with Hjolfrodi and subsequently activating the shrine.
