Nerastarel's House

Nerastarel's House is a house in Skingrad's northern quarter, between Lazare Milvan's House and Summitmist Manor.

It is occupied by leveled undead. No explanation is ever given as to the mysterious presence of undead in the house, and no NPC named Nerastarel exists in the game. No citizens of Skingrad ever make any mention of the house or its missing owner (except Amusei during the quest Lost Histories, who merely mentions the book Lost Histories of Tamriel is behind the house), so it is possible no one knows about the undead inside. While the interior is abandoned and ruined, this is not apparent from the outside, though the tree in the backyard appears dead and burnt. It contains two zones: Nerastarel's House and Nerastarel's House Upstairs.

WalkthroughEdit

Nerastarel's HouseEdit

Other than the three leveled undead, there is little of note in the lower level of the house, which features some food (including that found in a cupboard and a sack), two grain sacks, and some tableware.

Nerastarel's House UpstairsEdit

Three more leveled undead haunt the upstairs bedroom area. A non-respawning jewelry box with a leveled lock is above the doorway, hidden in much the same manner as the note in Rosethorn Hall. It contains a piece of leveled jewelry, a 50% chance of another piece of leveled jewelry, and a 10% chance each of a piece of enchanted jewelry and a potion.

NotesEdit

  • Despite being "abandoned", entering the house is still considered trespassing.
  • The undead respawn after 24 hours, so using it as player housing is not advised.

BugsEdit

  • The type of ambient music for the lower level of the house is "Dungeon", but for the upstairs area it is "Town".
