Severius Atius, an Imperial commoner, lives in a house in the Talos Plaza District of the Imperial City. Severius is the clan elder of his family, which consists of himself, his sister Astinia, and their brother Helvo. They are currently involved in a running feud with the Sintav family.
After waking up at 6am, Severius spends the first two hours of the day relaxing in his house before eating a two-hour breakfast. At 10am he leaves the house, though his routine will vary depending on the day of the week. On Morndas, Middas and Fredas he will spend the next eight hours wandering around the Market District, whereas on Tirdas and Turdas he can be found in the Talos Plaza District. He will then always be found eating dinner at The Foaming Flask until 10pm, when he heads back home to sleep. On Loredas he will instead visit Green Emperor Way until 6pm before heading straight home and wandering around until his bedtime. Finally, on Sundas he takes pity on Helvo, whom he has confined to his home in the Talos Plaza District due to his dispute with Cyronin Sintav. He pays him a visit from 10am to 2pm and then spends the next four hours strolling around the Temple District. At 6pm he again heads straight home.
Severius wears a middle-class outfit consisting of a blue and green outfit and a pair of thick cowhide shoes. He wields an iron dagger, and carries the keys to Helvo's and his house, a spare pair of light brown linens, and a medium amount of gold.
DialogueEdit
He apparently wants the feud to end, even though he makes it clear that the Sintav clan will have to make an effort as well:
- "Sevarius [sic] Atius. We will comply with the Watch's orders. The Atius family will stay clear of the Sintavs... if they stay clear of us."
When asked about the Imperial City, he will elaborate:

- "I agree with the Watch Captain. This Atius-Sintav feud has gone on long enough. I can control my people. I hope Iniel can control his."
RumorsEdit
Helvo will confirm that it is indeed Severius who has forced him into seclusion:
- "Sevarius [sic] says I have to stay out of sight. So I'm stuck here until things blow over."
NotesEdit
- Severius was also intended to play a role in the unfinished Imperial Express quest; at midday on the 1st of each month, as long as Hafid Hollowleg is still alive, he will head to the Black Horse Courier and stay there for a brief moment before resuming his usual schedule.
- Severius only gets used as the name of his actual person and his house key, everywhere else he is referred to as Sevarius.
The Unofficial Oblivion Patch, version 2.0.0, addresses this issue. His name gets changed to Sevarius.
