Bake Like a Pro - Comberry Cake
Welcome, dear reader. Today we will bake a comberry cake. Your finished cake will taste much better with self-collected comberries. For your pastry to be a success, you should have about 30 berries ready. For the dough, we mix eggs, flour and milk together in a large bowl. (For more dough recipes, you should take a look at the respective book.) Knead the dough until you get a solid mass.
After the dough is ready, we should spread the comberries in it. Make sure that no gaps arise between the comberries.
Finally, we drizzle the frosting over the berries; this is crucial to sweeten the taste. Now you can slide the cake in the oven. Let it bake about an hour at high heat, take him out and let it cool well.
You can serve the comberry cake with cream or with almonds. Your imagination has no limits. Anything is permitted, that tastes good.
