The House of the Moon is a skooma den on the north side of Kazbai. It is a small two-story building. The lower floor has two beds curtained off for privacy, along with a bench and chair for people to wait; the upper floor has two more beds and a coffin with a skeleton in it. This is one place where you can enter the Skooma Dream.
