Hlofor the Arctic Bear is the leader of the Raiders. He is based out of Dasek Moor, where he coordinates the search for the Dread Helmet (see Shadows in a Struggle for Power).
Hlofor wears a set of unique armor and wields a silver claymore and a fine steel longsword. He carries several potions, gold and silver nuggets, some jewelry, food, and repair hammers, and a large amount of gold.
