Land textures in the game are rendered as tiled, purple, mini maps of Oblivion's Imperial City.
CauseEdit
This is a result of Oblivion's shaders being corrupted. The cause is unknown, but it seems it can happen on any setup.
Solution: Reinstall the Oblivion's official shaders. If you do not have a backup, download them from TESNexus.
