When their health is depleted for the first time, Stone Garden Curators in the Stone Garden transform into Alchemized Werewolves by consuming potions concocted by Arkasis the Mad Alchemist.
You can also undergo the same transformation, albeit temporarily, if you drink the potions the Curators leave behind.
